One-On-One Writers Consults

Get yourself a one-on-one consult with either Lori-Jay Ellis or Sandra Makaresz from the Queensland Writers Centre to discuss any project you may be working on, no matter the genre.
Lori-Jay Ellis is a creative executive leader of QWC, with a diverse and eclectic background in global marketing. She is a skilled builder of brands and a talented business strategist, with a passion for fostering talent and empowering teams to achieve their potential.
Sandra has a background in film and television and is happy to chat to authors about their ideas for the screen as well as their other writing.
You will leave this thorough thirty-minute consultation with three solid recommendations tailored to your specific project to move your writing forward. Consults are designed for writers at any stage, and this isn’t a critique – it’s a time for a judgement-free fresh perspective. Consults also include a follow-up email to see how your work is progressing.
These sessions are normally only available to QWC members and cost $99 but are being offered at the CCWF for only $60!
Time slots are available across the festival weekend during lunch breaks, so participants don’t miss any of their sessions. You will be emailed with your time and location a week out from the festival.
